Marking Criteria for Evaluation
Each candidate will evaluate and reflect on the creative process and their experience of it. Candidates will evaluate their work electronically (i.e. audio commentary). The FOUR questions that must be addressed in the evaluation are:

· In what ways does your media product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products?
· How effective is the combination of your main product and ancillary texts?
· What have you learned from your audience feedback?
· How did you use new media technologies in the construction and research, planning and evaluation stages?

Teaser Trailer Rough Cut Test Screening

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF TEST SCREENINGS AND FOCUS GROUPS?
FEEDBACK
In professionally-conducted test screenings and focus groups, audience members from the desired demographic(s) are recruited. They know nothing about the film and therefore have no preconceptions ... in short, you get feedback from your target audience.

MAXIMIZE UPSIDE
When your film connects with its target audience, you have the confidence that the film “works” and can be successfully distributed.
MINIMIZE DOWNSIDE
If, for some reason, your film doesn’t connect with its target audience, you will learn what needs to be changed.

Conduct a test screening of your rough cut and post the results on your blog by 13th November
